Auto Insurance: Make sure you are protected.

Although Alabama law mandates that every driver carry liability insurance coverage, the truth remains that in Alabama, nearly one in four drivers are on the road without insurance. The law only requires a minimum of $25,000 damage coverage for personal injury or death. This minimum coverage amount has been in place for years. Unfortunately, the amount is often completely inadequate to compensate for injuries caused by a wreck.

We suggest that all our clients and friends purchase higher coverage if possible, and also purchase as much uninsured and underinsured coverage as you can afford. These coverages provide protection in case you are injured in a wreck where the other driver is either uninsured, or does not have enough coverage to fully compensate you for any injuries you receive in the wreck. These coverages are very inexpensive and, by law, must be offered with every liability policy issued.

If you have any questions about these coverages or have been injured in a wreck, be sure to contact us.
