$32.5 Million At Stake

The Wininger Law Firm is representing individuals who purchased term life insurance policies or riders from Jackson National Life Insurance Company prior to June 1 2003, and who paid premiums on a monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual basis at any time after November 1, 1994.

We claim that on many occasions, policy holders were charged more than the policy terms allowed, thus breaching the insurance policy contract. Jackson National has agreed to establish a settlement fund of $32.5 million to settle all claims.

The U.S. District Court has set a deadline of November 26, 2012 for claimants to participate, opt-out, or object to the proposed settlement. If you are, or were, a Jackson National Life policy holder as described above, we ask that you contact us immediately so that we can determine your eligibility to claim settlement funds. We strongly advise our clients and friends to review any life insurance policy issued by Jackson National Life Insurance Company at once. Do not wait to call if you have such a policy. Time is limited.
